1. Who we are

LivnSource ("LivnSource," "we," "us," or "our") is a service of 808 Talent Source, operated from 1317 Edgewater Dr. Ste. 458, Orlando, FL 32804. LivnSource is a marketplace platform that connects individuals and families ("Clients") seeking care, home, and family living support with independent third-party service providers ("Providers"). By creating an account or using LivnSource, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. LivnSource is a marketplace, not a care provider

LivnSource does not itself provide care, home services, or senior living facilities, and does not employ Providers. Providers are independent businesses or individuals responsible for their own licensing, insurance, staffing, and the quality of services they perform. LivnSource reviews Provider applications before they are listed, but does not guarantee comprehensive background checks, license verification in every jurisdiction, or ongoing monitoring of any Provider. You are responsible for your own due diligence before engaging a Provider.

3. Guided Assessment and AI-recommended plans

LivnSource's guided assessment uses an AI system to recommend service categories and next steps based on information you provide. These recommendations are for general informational purposes only, are not medical, legal, or financial advice, and are not a guarantee of eligibility for any benefit or program. If your situation suggests an emergency, contact emergency services directly — do not rely on LivnSource. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making care, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

4. Placement services

For senior living and facility placement cases, LivnSource's concierge team may facilitate introductions between you and residential facilities and may receive a placement commission from a facility if you move in. LivnSource does not make placement decisions on your behalf; you retain full decision-making authority over any facility, provider, or service you choose.

5. Bookings, payments, and subscriptions

Booking payments and Provider subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. LivnSource does not store your full payment card details. LivnSource may charge a platform or booking fee in addition to a Provider's rate, disclosed before you pay. Provider subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds and disputes over the quality of a service performed are between you and the Provider, except where LivnSource agrees in writing to mediate.

6. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a LivnSource account. You may create profiles for a loved one or dependent you are authorized to represent, including a minor, solely to arrange services on their behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure.

7. Referral partners

LivnSource may pay commissions to approved referral partners for introducing Clients or Providers to the platform. Referral arrangements do not affect the price a Client pays for services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LivnSource and 808 Talent Source are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from the acts or omissions of any Provider or facility. LivnSource's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees you paid to LivnSource in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using LivnSource at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, misrepresents credentials, or poses a risk to other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LivnSource after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
