The background check is your edge, not a hurdle
Families are trusting someone in their home or with someone they love. Being able to say you're background-checked and, where required, licensed is what makes a family pick you over an unverified stranger.
Leads and bookings are tracked for your protection
Every quote, message, and booking through LivnSource is on record. If a client disputes a charge or a booking goes sideways, there's a real history backing you up.
Payments are protected end to end
Bookings are paid through Stripe and released to your connected account. No chasing a client for a check that never shows up.
Taking a client off-platform removes your protection
If you arrange payment or work outside LivnSource, we have no record of it and can't help if a client doesn't pay, disputes the work, or a problem comes up. Keeping business on LivnSource is what lets us back you up.
