1. Information we collect
When you use LivnSource, we collect information you provide directly, including: account details (name, email, phone); guided assessment answers about your or a loved one's situation, timeline, and budget; loved-one or dependent profiles you create; messages you send through the platform; and Provider application details (services, credentials, service areas). We also collect usage information automatically, such as pages visited and device information.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the platform: matching you with relevant Providers or Clients, generating AI-assisted recommended plans, processing bookings and payments, sending service notifications, facilitating placement introductions, and improving LivnSource. We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI processing
Guided assessment answers you submit may be processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic) to generate your recommended plan. This processing is used solely to generate your recommendation and is not used to train the AI provider's models on your data under our agreement with them.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. LivnSource does not store your full card number or bank account details — Stripe handles that information under its own privacy and security practices.
5. Who we share information with
We share information with: the Provider or Client on the other side of a lead, booking, or message you initiate; service providers who help us operate LivnSource (hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing, AI processing, communications tooling); referral partners, solely to the extent needed to track a referral; and facilities involved in a placement case you are pursuing. We may also disclose information if required by law.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand how LivnSource is used and to improve it.
7. Children's information
LivnSource accounts are for adults 18 and older. A parent or legal guardian may create a profile for a minor solely to arrange services on the minor's behalf; we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
9. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of LivnSource after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
